- Please use the court punctually within your reserved time slot. Do not enter early or overstay. All users must leave the court activity area when the rental period ends.

- The access code is only for the renter of the reserved time slot. Please do not share it with others.

- Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Each booking may be rescheduled once only. If the renter wishes to change the date or time, they must notify us at least 48 hours before the original booking time; otherwise, no changes can be made.

2. Use of Venue

- The venue is for pickleball activities only. Please avoid engaging in any other activities that may cause danger or damage.

- Please take care of the venue and equipment. Equipment, including paddles and balls, must be used properly and returned to their original positions before leaving.

- If any facilities are damaged during use, the renter shall be responsible for paying the repair costs. If any equipment, apparatus, fittings, or other property is damaged or destroyed, other than through normal wear and tear, stolen, or removed, the renter shall also be responsible for the costs of repair, restoration, or replacement.

- Please do not alter the venue setup without permission.

- Smoking, drinking alcohol, and other inappropriate behavior are prohibited inside the court.

- Unless prior approval has been obtained from the management, the rented facilities may only be used for their designated purpose. If the renter wishes to use the facilities for other activities, they must consult the venue management before booking and obtain approval. Without prior approval, the management may refuse the use of the facilities for any non-designated purpose during the rental period.

- Depending on the purpose of use or nature of the activity, the management may impose a maximum number of users for the rented facilities based on public safety and management considerations.

3. Order and Environment

- Please keep the venue clean. Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided or take it away with you.

- Respect other users and maintain good sporting conduct.

- Please take care of your personal belongings and remember to take them with you when leaving.

4. Safety and Equipment

- If you notice any abnormalities with the venue or equipment after entering, please stop using them immediately and contact us.

- If you feel unwell while inside the venue, please rest or stop using the facilities immediately.

- The venue will be closed when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Where conditions permit, the venue will reopen within 2 hours after the warning signal is cancelled. The management may also close or reopen the venue at its discretion.

5. Liability Reminder

- Sports involve certain risks. Please assess your own physical condition, exercise within your limits, and pay attention to safety.

- Any injury or property loss caused by personal negligence, failure to comply with venue rules, or improper use of equipment shall be the responsibility of the user.

After a cancelled session has been arranged for make-up use, the cancelled session shall not be available for - or further booking.

- If, during the use of the facilities by the renter or any person permitted by the renter to enter the facilities, any death, injury, loss, or damage is caused by any act, omission, default, misconduct, or negligence of the renter or such permitted person, resulting in any action, claim, or legal proceedings being brought against the Government, its employees, or agents, the renter shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Government, its employees, and agents against all such actions, claims, demands, and legal proceedings, and shall remain fully responsible for such indemnity.
